RETURN & REFUND POLICY
When you buy from KrayKart, you essentially become one of us. A family. And it is of our utmost priority that we provide our family with the best at all times. However like a dark storm on a pleasant day, a downpour on a calm evening, we understand that you might need to return the products in rare and unfortunate cases. This page here will guide you through the KrayKart policies for when the unfortunate event of product return happens and how to do it.
Returns and Exchanges are offered at the discretion of KrayKart Management, under the following terms and conditions.
- The customer can return products and request a refund of exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. “No Refund or Exchange” products.
- The customer must produce the original invoice when claiming a refund or an exchange.
- The original box and packaging should be returned undamaged and in a resalable condition.
The Department of Economic Development, Dubai has stated that the following situations do not provide grounds for refund or exchange of certain goods.
- If the customer changes their minds after 7 days of purchasing the item.
- If the item is free from any defect.
Defects & Damages
In case the product purchased from Kraykart.com gets to you damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will replace the product to your extra satisfaction at no extra cost.
If an alarming situation of inability to produce a receipt of a damaged product within 24 hours happens, KrayKart unfortunately shall not be liable to replace the order.
Before accepting the shipment, please make sure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If you observe that the packaging is damaged or tampered with, we would advice and request you to skillfully refuse to accept the delivery and inform us immediately. note: Pigeon posts are currently not supported.
Pickup of defective or damaged product is on us and you are advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Please note that the returned product is subject to verification and checks from our quality team to ensure the legitimacy of your complaint. In case the returned product is not damaged, then you will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the order. In such case, you will have to bear the return shipment and reshipment charges.
